Lori Anne (Gongola) Sellers

Lori Gongola Sellers, 63, of Hitchcock, died Saturday, February 7, 2026 at UTMB Galveston. She was born on Tuesday, July 10, 1962, in Boston, Massachusetts, where her father was a football coach at Harvard University.

Lori worked many years as an insurance coder in the medical field. She will be remembered for her generosity, as well as her great wit and sense of humor.

Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Ted Sellers; her mother, Anne Gongola, of Wickenburg, Arizona; and her brother, Jason Gongola, of Phoenix, Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bob Gongola; and her brother, Chris Gongola.
